They say love stories are grand, epic tales of destiny and fate. Well, ours is a bit more... down-to-earth. Let’s just say, it started with a cake and an innocent nail cutter!

Picture this: Eden Luz, a shy wallflower, and PJ, a guy in need of a nail cutter. hahahaha!

We were brought together in this chaotic adventure, our college life!
We share a boarding house with a bunch of crazy boardmates. Eden was usually found in the shadows, tagging along with her big sis, while PJ was just your average dude, chilling with his buddies. Little did we know, fate was about to sprinkle some fairy dust on our lives.

It all started with a cake. An ordinary dessert that would become the foundation of our extraordinary love story. Our friendly boardmate decided to share their sweet treat with us.

We were happily enjoying a cake when suddenly, PJ showed up. He urgently needed a nail cutter and, without thinking twice, knocked on our door.

Unaware of our dessert, he innocently asked to borrow that metal tool. This simple request would lead to an unexpected turn of events.

It was Eden’s big sis, who let PJ in to join the cake party!

And that, my friends, is where it all began...
A slice of cake, a borrowed nail cutter, and a whole lot of cheesy teenage interactions!

Our first
(and really awkward)

together. ☺
This was just the beginning of our happily ever after ♥
Stay tuned for more chapters of our not-so-epic, but undeniably OURS, love story.

You're probably wondering...
1. What time should I arrive?
Please be advised that the mass will STRICTLY start at 2:00 PM. The ceremonial march will begin at 1:30 PM. To ensure a smooth start, we kindly request that the whole entourage should arrive to the church at 1:00PM for the distribution of corsage and bouttonnières. Your punctual attendance is greatly appreciated.
2. What should I wear?
We encourage our guest to follow our color theme and we hope that you take this as a fun excuse to dress up and be fabulous. Please come in your best formal attire.

3. What is the color theme?
Our wedding theme is inspired by the colors of fine wines. Here’s the color palette for your guide.

4. Can we take photos and videos during the church ceremony?
We invite you to be fully present with us during the ceremony. You may take photos and short videos but please do not block the view of the photo and video team that we hired.
5. When can we take a lot of photos?
Once our vows are exchanged, you are free to take a shot. Share with us the photos you’ve taken by adding our official hashtag in your social media post: #EDENadhanaParaKayPJ
6. Do you have a gift preference?
The joy of sharing our wedding day with you is our greatest gift. Yet, if you're looking for a way to celebrate, a cash gift would be our delight as we plan towards our future endeavors. Prosperity envelopes are also available at the reception. Thank you.
7. Do we really need to R.S.V.P.?
YES PLEASE!
Please let us know if you can or cannot attend by clicking the red R.S.V.P. link below. Or you can text the bride before 12th of September. This will help us finalize our guest list.

8. What if I did NOT reply R.S.V.P. but still came?
Glad you could come (and we love to see you)
But PLEASE DO NOT DO THIS.
If we don't receive your attendance confirmation, your seat may be offered to someone else. (sorry...)
9. Can you give me directions to the reception?
Sure! Click the yellow button for directions to RDE Function Hall via Google Maps.
10. Can we sit anywhere at the reception?
We've put some thought into the seating plan to make sure you're surrounded by familiar faces. Please check the reception for your table assignment.
11. When is the appropriate time to leave?
It took us years to plan and organize to make
our dream wedding memorable for us and for
our guests. We’ll greatly appreciate if you could stay until the END of the program :)
12. Would it be okay to bring my kids to the wedding?
We can’t wait to dance the night away, and we believe an ADULT-ONLY crowd will help us achieve that perfect party atmosphere. Only the 3 kids from our entourage are allowed inside.
13. I like to bring someone with me, will that be ok?
We're aiming for an intimate gathering, so the guest list is exclusive to those personally invited. No bringing of plus ones please.
14. I'm not familiar with Baybay City. Can you recommend a good place to stay after the party?
Here are the accommodation facilities within VSU campus:
If you feel exploring the city proper, here are the Hotels within Baybay city:
15. We seem to be ready with the wedding party and have understood all your reminders. Is there anything else we can help with to make your BIG day a success?
Our bride-to-be, Eden Luz, whole-heartedly designed and created this wedding website.
We hope you’ve enjoyed exploring it and found all the information you need.
If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to Eden or PJ directly through Facebook Messenger.
We look forward to celebrating with you!
