I hold a Bachelor's degree in Environmental and Sanitary Engineering, graduating with flying colors. My research, Photovoltaic Performance of Novel Hylocereus polyrhizus Sensitized Solar Cells, was published and demonstrated innovative use of red dragon fruit extract in enhancing solar cell efficiency. I also won Best Research for an impact study focused on sustainable community development with the Dumagat Tribe and the Ipo Dam area.
My professional journey includes working as a Research Assistant for a major company in the Philippines and over four years of customer service experience. I was a Resolutions Associate, handling escalations and problem-
solving for clients since 2019, while also managing roles like Marketplace Recovery and Escalations Associate.
As a Virtual Assistant, I’m skilled in multitasking and assisting with various business needs. I also have experience as a social media influencer, student council auditor, and media club member, handling finances, documentation, video editing, and more.
